The application is free for personal use, but there are some limitations (for example, it does not allow you to manage more than 15 people). In addition, I do not like how the application allows only one employee to update the status of other users. This should be improved. Our sales teams always have contact information about our customers, even when we are out of the office. Now we can share this information in real-time with anyone who needs it.
