I have 5 filament 1000 warm bulbs for indoor lighting and a 1000 warm bulb for outdoor use. These are the same lights that should be good for both indoor and outdoor lighting. So far five strands have lasted 2 weeks indoors with no problems. I liked them so I ordered an outdoor one as the description said it was for outdoor use. The outdoors lasted two days and I'm so disappointed. They're small but bright lights and they're cramped so they look great but for $45 to have them shit on me after yes days out without crazy weather I'm very upset. The interior lighting we used to encase the 16 foot columns worked perfectly. They have an automatic timer which confused me at first but now that I know it's there it's ok. They also don't get hot or hot, which is nice.
