I love the design of the caster which can be used on any surface and is more comfortable than the last brand I had (TPTherapy). The balls are great for intense massage and I love that they come in different densities. Just received this pack but will be using it for a long time to come and definitely appreciate this brand - would highly recommend over the more expensive options I have. was used earlier. The e-book isn't very good, don't give them your email address. It doesn't highlight actual trigger point locations, reflected pain patterns, or specific positions to try...it's a very general overview. (5 pages with a bunch of useless pictures). If you really want to learn about pain patterns and pain relief, you should definitely buy full tutorials like Claire Davis' Trigger Point Guide.
