Wrong installation video
The installation video does not match the actual installation. In the video the template is used to make holes for the mounting plate. In fact, there is no template and no mounting plate. Instead, there are slots on the back of the mirror along the edges. You will need to measure and install the screws in exactly the right place, leaving them 7mm above the surface. Next you should try to align the slots in the mirror with the screws in the wall.
