I am very concerned. It looked like a very cute product for my guinea pigs but when I opened it there was so much mold on the bed that it got on my hands and I immediately started coughing. You can see it in the picture - it looks like it was stored in a facility with a SERIOUS mold problem. After giving them reason to doubt, I ordered a replacement - only to open it up and see that it also had green mold (though not as much, but enough to make me cough). Guinea pigs have an EXTREMELY sensitive respiratory system. and if I hadn't noticed this problem, they could very easily get sick from such a product. I'm shocked that despite the replacement, the same problem arose - how can product control not notice such a big problem more than once?
