I've only been using this product for a few weeks so I can't say if it's working, but the oil cares for the area better and my brow hairs look less brittle and dry. I had no problem dispensing it, you just have to tilt your head back slightly to make sure there isn't an airlock between the rollerball ball and the oil. Once applied, you can tilt your head back to its normal position and use the massage ball without worrying about applying too much. I knew it wasn't going to give me fuller brows right away so I kept my expectations low and to this day I don't hate it because my brow hairs look healthier. I suspect this will result in more growth over time, but it's too early to tell. This is a quick product to use and adding this extra step to my routine was easy and not very cumbersome. It didn't cause me pimples either. If you're prone to acne, I'd still do a spot test. I love this item and will continue to use it until I decide if I want to buy it again. This is best for the evening as it leaves a glossy shine on the applied areas and is not suitable for makeup. If I don't want to go anywhere during the day, I use it morning and night. I recommend trying it out if you have sparse eyebrows like mine.
