Very happy with the computer cable adapters

I've only been using this product for 2 days but am very happy so far. I am using this device to create an RS232 COM port on a computer running Windows 10. I installed the software before connecting a cable to any port. After the installation, I connected the USB cable to the computer. The device was recognized immediately and assigned to a COM port. I use it as a link between my computer and a ham radio power amp and it works flawlessly. I'm also happy with the 10 foot cable that is shielded. The red LEDs on the device also show you that it is working.
