This is a wonderful interactive toy for children. It has so many different activities, songs, lights, the volume is decent but there is no setting to turn it down a bit. It comes with some parts that are either not attached or can be detached BUT these are large parts so don't worry about the baby choking, but of course the baby should still be supervised. MY 9 who will soon be 10 months had a great time, although not for long, playing with this toy and discovering all the features and responses to his touch. I think this is great for developing motor skills. This product requires three AA batteries, which are NOT INCLUDED, be sure to purchase batteries for this toy. I am very happy with this purchase AND the price. One more thing, this is NOT a small toy, it is a medium sized toy and also light weight.
