Edit: After writing this review I was contacted by a great customer service team. They took immediate action and spoke to their manufacturer supplier about drywall anchors and are trying to resolve the issue. Also, they offered to send me a new working product or refund my money. Looks like I received a rare defective item. I am very satisfied with this company and their response. For this reason, the rating has been updated from 2 to 4 stars. Works because the shelf. There were a few lackluster aspects to this set. While the metal frame and wooden shelves are strong and beautiful on their own, the screws and towel rails could use some improvement. The screws included in the kit are black wood screws that perfectly match the black iron frame. However, they do not fit the included drywall anchors. Drywall anchors themselves are flimsy, cheap, and will bend when driven into a pre-drilled hole. I had extra anchors so that wasn't a problem. The towel rail itself should be screwed into the base of the tree itself. One of my two towel rails also arrived broken but now that the shelves are in place it's not worth asking for a refund and removing the shelf for return shipping. Buyer Warning; This product cannot be installed without an electric drill and drill, just a screwdriver is not enough. Aside from these disadvantages, the shelf looks nice when lifted. There are two rows of storage and I don't find it flimsy.
