DO NOT BUY. Manufacturing Defect Power button with incorrect contact

In my experience this product has an inevitable manufacturing defect. After 8 months of normal use, I noticed that there was a noise when I touched the power button. Gradually, after 2-3 weeks, false contact with the ground appeared and at the same moment it stopped working. When connected to the internet, the AT guarantee was available; the instructions were easy, i sent them out and got a new one every 2 weeks, even when I called or sent and emailed; Excellent customer service, I was satisfied. The problem was that after 2 months of use I noticed the exact same problem with a new headset! I had a 3 month limited warranty and returned it as well. The same, I received the new headset correctly, but I wasn't so happy anymore. Unfortunately, after about 7 months of using this THIRD headset, I have THE SAME PROBLEM! They're still not dead, but I have to gently touch the ground until it stops making noise; Sometimes the volume on the left side (where the power button is) is low, so you also need to gently touch it until it's fixed. That issue aside, the headphones are excellent, with great sound, great noise cancellation, good design, good body and great customer service. That's a shame though! Same defect three times, clear that the problem is with the device if you think I'm unlucky.
