Depending on intended use in brush sets
If you are looking for a brush to apply strong glue or something to give to young children this is good and I would rate that as a point a 3. I put them in an art activity gift bag and it hit the spot. I would NOT use this product if I was seriously trying to create a decent work of art and rated it a 1 on this app. Nylon bristles are stiff, have poor paint retention, and are difficult to control on paper. These are definitely "thrifty" brushes as they are reasonably priced, but they are not "watercolor" brushes that you would really enjoy working with as an adult or giving to older children/teens. It will only annoy her.
