The first time a lightbulb burned out or something. Won't turn on, asked for a replacement. The same happened with the replacement. It stopped working after a few hours. Not sure if it's a bulb or just a product. However, since I can't return it because Revain no longer offers that option, I'll have to look around for a new bulb. It worked great on my kitchen countertop when it actually worked. You have to set a time frame for using it before it dies completely and you're stuck with an unusable error guard. At this point, even if the bulb burns out and I get a replacement bulb and it works great, who says the new bulb will last at least a day like the last bulb? I think I'll end up with a spare bulb, but I'll also buy bug repellent that doesn't die after a use or two.
