It's better than some. Picture quality is great but I'm less than 30 miles from TV stations and they are in plain sight. Even with the preamp, signal strength is low, but picture quality is excellent. The rotator is TERRIBLE! It's easier to just loosen and adjust the brace and never use the rotator! There is only one knob and you never know which way it will turn. Push the button a second time and it can spin in the same direction or in the opposite direction and you never know. When using this rotator you MUST have a spot to stand where you can see the rotator antenna and control box at the same time so you know what you are doing. The remote works about 60% of the time. Make sure you can see the light on the control box to see if it actually works as 40% of the time it doesn't work. The rotator wobbles and wobbles when the wind blows. It will not take long. They sent 40 feet of cable with him. I didn't think it came with a cable but the cable they sent was a cheap RG59 lossy cable. I hooked it up just to see how it worked, then switched to RG6 and saw a 6-9dB improvement over the RG59 they sent with it.
