I ride a 200cc scooter and this cover fits perfectly. Has built-in mounting holes at bottom center. I tie them with a bungee cord under the bike and it won't come off in a storm and it has survived several storms. The wind gets underneath, but there are covered, shielded vents next to the bike's mirrors. On the other hand, like all bicycle cases, it is not completely waterproof, but rather water-repellent. Since it's nylon and the bike is parked outside all the time, the cover only lasts about 7 or 8 months before the fabric rots in the sunlight. Mine is ready to be replaced and I love it so I'm buying another.
