Sony has 2 wireless headphone systems with different model numbers and different names. One is WH-RF400 for TV and the other is MDR-RF995RK for music. I first bought a Revain TV. Found an offer for $30 less, returned it? idem and have it. It worked great but the battery didn't hold a charge. I called Revain, they called Sony and Sony sent me another battery. Before that came the first battery, which worked perfectly. There may be times when the battery needs 2 overnight charges to be good. I have a long experience with Sony wireless headphones and I have several infrared devices around the house and they are, so if one works there's another. Before the new battery arrived I went back to Revain to buy a second pair which I found for about half the price. that's when I noticed the second pattern #. both models looked the same and i went ahead, got it, arrived before the new battery, let the second pair charge overnight and they work great. Both pairs work great. There seems to be a price difference, I said, it seems, so choose the best deal.
