    Better expected from Sony product

    Headphones make a lot of clicking and hissing noises. The sound quality is good, but the background noise of the headset is the most annoying. I really expected a better product from Sony.

    they work fine. best in ear headphones

    My 92 year old father in law loves them. He refuses to wear a hearing aid because "my hearing is fine". We love them too. Now the TV on 70 has no volume! The sound is clear. They are easy to install on the charger.

    Works as advertised

    Buy these headphones for my hearing impaired husband. The sound quality is acceptable, but if it's not too high, it creaks. The control knobs are very small so I had to adapt them to him as he has large and arthritic fingers.

    Good old Sony!: Headphones

    I've used several of these over the years. This one seems to be identical to all the others. I use it with TV. It has a great sound. This is NOT a bluetooth interface - it uses a private radio interface which works great and is very reliable. In this world of tiny components and cheap prices, this device stands out.

    Disappointed - In Ear Headphones

    I bought these hoping they would be a good replacement for my broken Sony MD40. You are not a good substitute. They constantly emit pops and other distracting noises. I've tried all three transmitter channels and still no improvement. I am very disappointed and will be sending them back.

    They work very well. They are quite light and the battery life is excellent. I can still get quite far listening and they actually sound good enough to just put them next to me because my TV has such horrible sound. Sometimes they have glitches, but usually they go away when I move the receiver or change channels on them.

    Terrible unit. Bought two and didn't like either.

    Today I received a replacement block for the block I bought last week. I sent the device back as it didn't work at all. The replacement device that I received today is so loud that I cannot use it at all. two bad ones Terrible quality control. It is unforgivable that two units could not be used at all. Very disappointed. I have purchased many items through Revain. Never had such a bad experience.

    2 model # for the same thing, the only difference being that one has a 1 1/2 inch thinner box.

    Sony has 2 wireless headphone systems with different model numbers and different names. One is WH-RF400 for TV and the other is MDR-RF995RK for music. I first bought a Revain TV. Found an offer for $30 less, returned it? idem and have it. It worked great but the battery didn't hold a charge. I called Revain, they called Sony and Sony sent me another battery. Before that came the first battery, which worked perfectly. There may be times when the battery needs 2 overnight charges to be good. I…

    Not every new design is better than Design

    Not as convenient and comfortable as previous Sony TV headphones that turn on automatically when you put them on. The ear pads become uncomfortable after a while due to the stiffer padding. The charging station is difficult to properly align with the headphones. The buttons don't work well in the dark. The sound is ok. The noise cancellation is not very pronounced.
