Muller's Lube is great for feet, any areas that can be rubbed by clothing or skin to skin. I buy this product individually and also gift it to my running friends, especially long-distance runners. I've tried countless brands and this is the best. It's not greasy, your feet don't slip in shoes, you don't notice it on your skin. It stays and is effective for at least one marathon without re-application. The smell is neutral, the stick lasts a long time. Goodbye blisters, goodbye irritation.
