I've been using Mueller Lube for over 20 years to protect my thighs from chafing. It's also great for toes, nipples, and balls of feet in half marathons and full marathons. Unbeatable for the price compared to other lubricants.

This is the only lubricant that eliminates hot spots and chafing. No fragrances or strong odors. Basically it's wax. Apply to skin and clothing and you won't regret it.

I like the feel of gliding over the body a little better but it's a lot cheaper and works just as well. I think I should say I'm not a runner. I started using these products many years ago to prevent chafing in and around my lower parts during the warmer months. I used to run a body slip stick every few months. I still use the first Muller wand many years later. It's almost out and I bought a replacement a few months ago but the first one is still on.

Muller's Lube is great for feet, any areas that can be rubbed by clothing or skin to skin. I buy this product individually and also gift it to my running friends, especially long-distance runners. I've tried countless brands and this is the best. It's not greasy, your feet don't slip in shoes, you don't notice it on your skin. It stays and is effective for at least one marathon without re-application. The smell is neutral, the stick lasts a long time. Goodbye blisters, goodbye irritation.
