Review on AVANTEK by David Perry

I recently made some purchases from the AVANTEK online shop, and I have to admit that I wasn't particularly impressed. Their website is clumsy and challenging to use, to start. It took me a very long time to locate what I was looking for, and when I did, the prices shocked me. The true shocker, though, was when I got my order. One of the products was entirely incorrect, and several of them were damaged. I requested assistance from customer support, but was only met with uninterested and unhelpful responses. To get a refund for the wrong purchase was like pulling teeth. In general, I would not advise visiting AVANTEK to buy. Their customer care is lacking, and their products are overpriced. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
