The screen broke while a kid was playing a game. I called the company and they hung up! Thank goodness for the guarantee I got (would recommend Squaretrade) when I bought it 2 1/@ months ago. They didn't even fix it. I had a 1 week return! Recommend and surbive customer is bad!
