We got this tablet for our daughter for her 2nd birthday, all her big brothers have tablets and she needed one. We bought her another very famous kids tablet that came preloaded with stuff from Nickelodeon that I didn't even want to show my older kids. I was told I couldn't delete it. So I grabbed it and bought a Pro Tab! We all love it! It is easy to use, even my 2 year old can use it. I bought this for my toddler as a study aid and am very satisfied with the whole product. The various faceplates are an addition I wasn't aware of. So far my toddler loves it and the hard plastic around it helps with falls. The preloaded games are fun and educational and will come in handy when my child reaches preschool age. Delivery was quick and just in time for the holiday.

Poor quality battery, we couldn't download apps from play store, only recommended ones by original operating system. Daughter played with it for 30 minutes and it's time to charge it again. Now it won't turn on unless connected to a charger. I do not recommend this.

The screen broke while a kid was playing a game. I called the company and they hung up! Thank goodness for the guarantee I got (would recommend Squaretrade) when I bought it 2 1/@ months ago. They didn't even fix it. I had a 1 week return! Recommend and surbive customer is bad!

We had an older version of this product so we knew it was a good product - our son loves it. However, when we received this item, one of the bezels was missing and no matching charger was included. So we couldn't charge it. Luckily we already used the same charger in the old version, so we could use it. Last update: 11/2016 A few weeks ago my son put it down and found that the screen stopped working when he picked it up after ten minutes. It lights up around the edges but does nothing else. Less than a year, part time, and I should try to get the money back and buy him a new one.
