Runs very small for tablets

We bought this tablet for our 2 year old son who was very addicted to our smartphones and didn't want to return them. We liked the features it offers after reading the specs and although it was the best. When we received the tablet it needed to be charged for 6 hours before using it and you need to have WiFi to set it up. The characteristics of the tablet are the same as in the description, but included in the game "Where's my water?". Noogra Nuts, Angry Birds, etc. are full of ads since they are free versions. I've tried many ways of downloading the full app to avoid this, the price is worth the games. Video email is the only program you can use. We've tried many ways to Skype the tablet, but this isn't possible. Customer service is TERRIBLE! The developers of this product work with a hired customer relations company that can only be accessed via the Internet, and if you send an email asking for assistance, you will receive the answer in just a few weeks. We were having issues with the battery not fully charging when it was plugged in all night and I emailed the company about this when I finally, I mean finally got a response that I would send your product to the company should send. Let the company evaluate the product and it takes 4-6 weeks to return or replace the product. I just thought it was awful because my son loves his lug and we paid extra shipping for the lug to get it here 2 days after buying it so I wouldn't lose it for 4-6 weeks! I don't like support and the company should be ashamed of the product they have! The tablet itself is a great idea, it entertains my child and it also teaches them, but there are so many useless apps out there. You can buy a premium pack through Zoodles (the games are theirs) and get some extra stuff, but I was wrong thinking that it would unlock some apps from subsequent ads. My son clicks on the ad and the game he's playing just stops. Sometimes it goes to the parent of the program where my child overlooks what they shouldn't be doing. I would just be careful and find a way around the tablet before passing it on to my child. I have to say I was seriously disappointed with this product when it arrived and I got really addicted to it but my son loves it and that was the main goal anyway.
