I don't understand why they had such a cheap electronics screen to sell to a kid. I HAVE CONTACTED THE MANUFACTURER AND WILL UPDATE MY RATING WHEN I KNOW HOW GOOD OR BAD YOUR SERVICE IS. It has been 10 days since I sent an email to the manufacturer asking for help with a possible repair of this tab at my expense. I didn't hear anything in reply. Beware of retailers that don't have customer service. I just lost $90 and was a huge disappointment to my son. I bought him a more durable tab at Wal-Mart with a 2 year warranty on everything that comes with it. From now on I will refrain from buying electronics from Revain.com. I originally gave 5 stars, now I can only give them 1 star.
