I originally bought this to help my dwarf fish recover from a severely snapped fin and I am very glad I did. I don't put it directly into the aquarium water (which you can also do yourself), but soak all the food in it before feeding. Apparently after a few days I noticed an acceleration in fin healing on my betta and it got noticeably lighter. As an added bonus to fin growth, I've noticed that all of my fish have become more active. and playful. I can't confirm the increased demand for fish, but after a week of use, many of my cherry shrimp were much more plentiful than usual. Depending on the fish you have, how you use them, and how often you use them, this can be an incredibly affordable addition to your feeding schedule. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this product even if you just want to add some nutrition to your fish's diet. This review may seem silly, but this is a really useful product at a great price with multiple alternatives.
