My partner and I spend most of the day on our computers. At the end of the day, your shoulders get tense from typing and using the mouse. Headaches set in after too many days of not being able to massage and relax the shoulders. So I bought this to help with all of this. The smart neck massager is easy to use. Although I read the manual completely :) I was able to run it without. All functions are programmed via the remote control. There are four heating levels, starting from zero. The timer increases by five minutes from five to 30 minutes. The massager itself has an on/off switch. There is enough power in TENS pads to make the muscles twitch noticeably. Six power levels allow me to gain strength ideally. The power fluctuates up and down. The neck unit has a heating function that gets very hot. Warmth, in addition to relaxing the muscles, pleasantly cool nights. I've run it for multiple sessions for a total of about an hour on a single charge. However, I don't know how long it can last since I didn't run it off the battery. So it worked out well for us. My partner has found that it helps with headaches as the muscles relax. It definitely helped with my sore "mouse" shoulder. Now for the cons: there aren't many. First, my partner has a short neck and the massager is too big/thick. Second, the electrodes in the main unit sometimes cause tingling or tingling sensations. It mostly happens at the end of the loop. Goes through a few cycles. That's all. By the way, a USB-A cable is included for charging. However, the charger itself is not included. Since it requires any 5 volt charger, it doesn't matter as these chargers come with phones and many other devices. So it wasn't hard to find it in my litter box.
