Review on Koss CS300-USB Noise Cancelling Double-Sided On-Ear Communication Headset with Flex Microphone Arm, Wired USB Plug, Black by Jeffrey Sanders

Due to the quality of the audio coming in and out, I was advised to buy this product for home video conferencing. The first problem I had was that the microphone arm is not flexible and cannot be adjusted properly, so was too close to the mouth and my client always complained. But that ended quickly because after only six sessions (one user, one computer, always in my office, always neatly tucked away in a drawer after each use) THE MICROPHONE STOPPED WORKING. It cost me a day of work that didn't happen (my client had to make every effort to replace me once the video conference started). I'm a freelancer, so I don't get paid for work I don't do. And since I bought it in April, no returns are accepted.
