On a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate the product a 10+ and on the same scale a 11 for customer service and professionalism. I feel like I bought the best product available for my circumstances with a cheap cost bonus. Even before I bought the device, I received direct answers from Andrey to questions I had about the product. This camera has an incredible ability to take pictures when you need to see clearly. I am very impressed with this feature of the camera. This camera was installed in a high roof conversion truck and the camera came with long enough cables to complete the installation by hiding all the cables and leaving just enough cable to connect. to the new receiver that was also installed. There is always room for improvement with almost any product and for this particular camera I would recommend that the instructions clearly state how to mount the camera so that the image is in the correct orientation. (top versus bottom). Also, a child would benefit from having an extra 4-5 feet of black and red power cord, e.g. B. for cars like mine. A feature that would allow the camera to properly compensate for the reversed image would be very useful. and since I use the camera while it's on most of the time, it would be nice if you could remove the parking assist guide bars from the display.
