Don't buy they stretch

We replaced all our springs and after 2 weeks they all stretched. These springs use insufficiently strong material. We even made sure not to go over the weight limit and they still stretched. I want a replacement to see if this kit is poorly made or I want a refund on my purchase so I can buy new springs elsewhere.
