When I was in college the iPad completely changed the game for me - taking notes, powerpoint, online tutorials etc is now a breeze, because it's all one device. I wanted a case that: Offers good protection but is also thin (I picked the 11" case mainly for portability. I have a 15" laptop for larger tasks. I want to be able to carry my just take your iPad with you to the café). on the run). Protect the Apple Pencil (it bothers me a lot that in some cases it just sticks out. For example, it can even fall off or get damaged in my book bag) Has NO built-in screen protector (I use paper, like the screen protector on my iPad) works with magnetic awakening, has a durable foil. This case fits all 5. It feels sturdy and sturdy and has a flap to protect the Apple Pencil (see closes pretty well). For some reason it was difficult to find a good case for my iPad Pro 11 in 2020. I didn't want a keyboard case (like I said, I already have a laptop) or a Zugu case (it weighs about a pound and is just too bulky for my liking). Before this incident, I bought a much cheaper $15 case from Revain that didn't have an Apple Pencil and felt very cheap. The tome was also very sparse and wouldn't fit on the back of an iPad in "portrait" orientation. Worse, the inside of the cheap case was cheap microfiber that literally attracted DIRT/pet hair! The inner flap of this case is much higher quality and attracts less dirt. I bought this case for $55 which I think is quite expensive but better than the cheaper $20 cases. I think you get what you pay for. However, this case should never cost $90 or full price. It's beautiful, but it's not that beautiful. I understand Otterbox is a well-known brand, so it makes sense, but it's definitely not worth $90. That being said, there are some not-so-great things about this case: The back is made of glossy reflective plastic that scratches fairly easily. I put stickers on my back, so I don't mind too much, but it's a scratch and fingerprint magnet in itself. The main front cover is "inside" so it can be difficult to open, especially with an Apple Pencil in the slot. The camera protection is still a bit heavier than the thinner flip cases, but you get better protection. But I'm glad I chose this case. It meets my criteria and Otterbox has never let my dropped iPhones down, so I think it's a good choice for those who don't want to settle for a cheap, low-quality case, but also don't want to add weight to their iPad . Finally, I wanted 11 inches for portability!
