I bought two pairs (orange and blue) and the orange pair came with eyelets for the laces and I really like them (my students especially like them) but the blue pair came without eyelets and I haven't worn them. because the rubber braid behind the holes that keeps the laces in place and no longer rips the holes starts pulling through the holes when I tighten the laces. I'll fit my own tabs and hope it works, otherwise if they don't have tabs send them back and save yourself some frustration. They are good for comfort but I would still invest in gel or shock absorbing pads.
