I like that it has all my accounting software (Quick Books, Sage) as well as our payroll system for employees. The user interface is very simple but not overly simplistic which helps when you are new at using this program. It's easy enough for someone with no experience yet powerful enough if you have some knowledge! There isn't anything bad about this product. If there was something we didn't use or liked then maybe they could fix those things so everyone can benefit from them too. We needed an Accounting/Payroll System because Quickbooks did not give us what we wanted. This gave us everything we were looking for including time tracking.
