Review on TORCHSTAR Basic Series 8-Pack: Energy-Efficient 12W 6 Inch LED Recessed Lighting with Junction Box for Home or Office by Jason Vigen

I bought these headlights to replace the 4 foot headlights. Fluorescent lights in my kitchen and I am very happy with the results. Not only is the light from LEDs much better than fluorescent, but the "dark spots” have been eliminated and my kitchen is more open. The lights themselves were very easy to install, and the slim profile design made it easy to install recessed lights between the first and second floors. At one point the floor joist ran straight out of the center of the hole and the light didn't interfere. It was great not having to create gaps or compromises on site. The headlights seem to be made of quality materials and well put together. I definitely appreciated the setup details and advice from some reviewers. It helped to know the place and intervals where others have found success. I placed my fasteners 18 inches from the cabinets and 4-1/2 feet apart. On the bar side of the kitchen, the lights are 6 feet apart. I also installed a dimmer for power control and would highly recommend others to do the same. I am very happy with this product and will be purchasing more of these LEDs as I continue to upgrade all of the lighting in my home.
