Review on Ford 7L3Z-8575-D Engine Coolant Thermostat: Efficient Temperature Control for Optimal Engine Performance by Deron Gilliam

Bought for my F150, I always try to use Motorcraft products whenever possible and as far as quality goes it's a great item. The only criticism is that there is no seal. Every time I searched for a gasket or water intake gasket for my 4.6 liter engine this article popped up so I assumed it had a gasket in it but it didn't. Other brands included a gasket but upon closer inspection using the zoom function I noticed slight differences in finish and overall quality compared to this thermostat. Overall I'm happy with it, but the print would be nice because it's almost twice the price of the Stant or Gates brands. Easy to install and I feel more confident for the winter months to come. If you're not worried about just using Motorcraft parts, buy a cheaper thermostat, it's just personal preference.
