The case is of good quality and the tablet sits very securely in it Two things seem to be problematic The space bar has to be pressed firmly in the center for it to work, gets stuck too often and is inconvenient for the user. Another thing I didn't like was that when you tilt the tablet, you have to move the keyboard about halfway to get onto the stand. Cover to make room for the tablet base or completely remove the keyboard from the cover. If it's halfway up the lid, it'll bounce when you step on it. The spacebar issue occurred when the keyboard was either fully on the cover, halfway up the cover, or completely off the cover. I bought two of these at once (we have two tablets). The problem with the spacebar occurred on both keyboards. I am returning both tablet and keyboard case combos. Update - 12/10/2018 I bought a keyboard from another manufacturer and it also had sticky keys. Turns out the keyboard wasn't charging. To be fair to this manufacturer, this could be an issue with this keyboard. If this keyboard doesn't work for me because of this, I will upgrade the product to 4 stars as the failure is due to user error and not a product defect. The only reason it's not a 5 is that you have to partially slide the keyboard off the lid to allow the tablet to sit at an angle.
