I lost 60 pounds in two years on keto and have been on plato for 8 months. I started Phase 241 1 week ago today, only used almond milk for the AM shake and water for the other two, and drank veggie broth in between when I got hungry. On the third day I was so hungry that I ate 3 pork ribs because I was dizzy and that was the 4th of July. On day 4 I started phase 2 and used only water with shakes and 1/2 cup blueberries with my morning shake. The cocktails are tastier than any cocktails I've tried before. Today I am 232! Lost 9 kilos in 7 days. I also lost 5 inches in my waist and had to measure multiple times just to be sure, WOW! Wow! WOW! It's important to note that I'm approaching my 50's and my pre-menopausal metabolism has probably ground to a halt.
