I used this product when I was studying at the hair salon. .
I used this product when I was a hairdresser. The reason I give it four stars is that the foam takes longer to come out when the water level drops a little below the fill line. Another complaint is that the foam is sometimes so hot that I can't handle it. Sometimes it's not warm enough no matter how long the jet runs. It still gets the job done and I haven't found another product that compares to it, so four stars seems reasonable despite my concerns.
