It's definitely a hat made for larger heads, but that's okay, since it's fully adjustable with its velcro strap. The brim is longer than that of your usual ball cap -- by roughly an inch. (See pics of a comparison with my Carhartt.) Not crazy about that, but not a deal-breaker by any means. Overall, I like the hat. It's well-made, comfortable, it looks nice, and it's a good value. I like that it's structured, too, and not floppy on top. If you're okay with a slightly longer brim than your usual ball cap and you don't have a super small head, then I'd say this is a good hat for you.
