Works great and tastes like a milkshake!

I bought this as a post workout protein supplement and so far so good! I have used this in combination with Musclepharm Creatine and Musclepharm BCAA Energy Powder for recovery and have noticed a definite difference in the last month. It is important to remember that there is no such thing as a miracle supplement. You'll get what you put in, so hit the gym and work at it!
