ok . start. I read the description as it has extra tools not knowing that it doesn't have a holder to hold them on the vacuum cleaner. Pretty sure they were lost within 24 hours. We need to set the keeper quickly. Would be grateful to know this wasn't included. What, as they say. Suction power is ok. Not sure if it's as strong as its Miele replacement. BUT it has one distinct advantage over its predecessor. This is NO ANIMALS to use. Light weight, very easy to use. (Disconnecting the hose for separate use, etc.) I can carry it in one hand and hold the hose in the other. Thanks to its light weight, I can easily carry it up and down stairs. I understand being afraid to use Miele but when the outer plastic case fell apart on me the hubs insisted I buy something else. and boy was he right. It's much easier to use.
