Review on ATS OnDemand by Anthony Morrow

The best thing about this tool for me was how easy it made finding new candidates to work with! I found great people using their platform who were excited by my career opportunities available within our organization as well!! There are not many downsides because everything else has been wonderful so far :) Would love if they offered more paid accounts options instead of one free account option only - but all in good time right?!? We use them primarily when hiring contract workers (freelancers) through an external partner firm we have relationships w/in addition to internal hires from us at times via recruitment agencies & social media recruiting campaigns. This allows both parties involved access to potential applicants which helps ensure qualified matches between employer needs / candidate skill sets vs employee ability levels are successful outcomes each step along way.
