The pads adapt to the glasses and do not slip. They're comfortable, but my goodness, they look a little silly. I was so disappointed. I think if this is your only option and your nose really hurts, go for it. You were too unattractive for me. My apologies to everyone who uses them; maybe it's just my glasses and nose.
