TL; DR: Buy these frames. I've been a professional photographer for 35 years. So you expect my house to be filled with beautiful framed photos. Unfortunately, it's not like a shoemaker whose children don't have shoes. This is partly because good frames are expensive and cheap frames tend to look cheap. I recently redecorated my office and wanted to hang up some photos. I have made some large prints and my boyfriend frames them, but I also have many 8" x 10" prints that I would love to hang around the house. I did very basic research on Revain by looking at detailed reviews. They seemed to have the best current ratings. I wanted wooden frames with real glass. To be honest, for $12.50 each I wasn't expecting much. However, these shots turned out great. They are an understated thin ebony frame with glass and two matte options (nominally 8x10 or 5x7, note actual hole sizes are smaller). They were packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. I will be ordering 8 or 10 more of these and 2 or 4 16x20 inch versions with an 11x14 mat. Cons: Carpets are very thin. The frame hangs on a rack by a single nail, not the frame wire.
