DO NOT waste your money on their product. You can get the same quality from these cheap Chinese brands without the expense and headache of a "non" Black Oaks customer service. I bought two of their lightbars (40" and 20") and within two months both had a lot of condensation inside the case. When I spoke to customer service they told me that I had to return the lightbars AT YOUR EXPENSE even though I spent $1,000 on a product that didn't live up to the hype. They told me that "if" they found it faulty they would send me a replacement or fix the ones that were returned. I thought they were two months old, why should I spend an extra $50 to return your defective product? Needless to say, I wouldn't give them a dime hoping they would do the right thing. In addition, the 40-incher stopped working within 5 months. Only half lights up or turns on and off randomly. last thought Overpriced, advertised and terrible "guarantee" policy with equally terrible customer service. waste product.
