that I really liked about this item when it arrived and marked everything I usually lose. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, the key fob on my master keys started making erratic noises. It got worse and worse until I had to take him off the ring. I felt like I was being searched at the airport! Then came the second keychain. I thought maybe they were interacting with the electromagnetic field as I walked past, but then they started working randomly at night. and didn't stop until I found the key fob and removed the battery. From what I can see the battery door is loose and that means the battery tends to move a bit in its slot causing it to get stuck at the "on" sound. It's too late to return it so I'll see if there's anything I can do to prevent the battery from falling out, but as good as this product is, the radical misdesign of the battery compartment ruined it. UPDATE: The day after I posted the above review, the company contacted me. I didn't remember or maybe didn't know that the product was covered by a one year warranty. The company offered to send me four new receivers. If they work I will definitely revisit the above review! When it worked, it was a great thing!
