The ease of use for our customers is one of my favorite things about this product. We have been able to take some time off from implementing new processes into our day-to-day operations and just focus on making sure that we are providing the best customer experience possible. There isn't much I dislike - it's easy to learn how to navigate through the functionality with little training required (we've got an amazing technical team). It would be great if there were more reports available so you could customize your own reporting needs. As far as the benefits go, I think it helps us get closer to our customers' expectations by ensuring that they always know what products and services we offer them.
