I don't usually take the time to write reviews but found this one important. After our sweet baby passed away, I was looking for a box to use as an urn. When our Hambone got back from the vet he was in a decorative metal box that didn't look like a proper resting place, although this box is perfect! So many places. Our Hambone weighed 58 pounds and his ashes fit easily in the box along with the metal box it originally came in, along with some cards and a cremation certificate. It's perfect and so elegant! The only complaint I have is that the box had scratches/chips in the wood when it arrived, other than that it's great! Great place for my fluffy little one. Since the vet gave us a paw print I didn't use the kit that came in the box. The paw print received from the vet fits the space perfectly.
