I ordered "soft ", the box says "soft ", NOT soft!

I specifically ordered this particular Oral B toothbrush (2 pack) because I've used it in the past, always bought from CVS or other stores. I know how it feels like "softness" but there was none. It was about the same roughness as a stale, dry toothbrush. I would recommend this Oral B but buy elsewhere!
