The light itself is good and seems to work well, but if you have a Specialized or Trek road bike you won't be able to use their mounts. They do not support a diameter suitable for road bikes. It just doesn't happen. If you have small diameter bars that's fine, but they don't support high performance road bars. Very disappointing, had to purchase an additional mount option (not included) for a ridiculous amount of money (plastic Go Pro adapter) and use one of the two GoPro mounts on my Domane SL7. However, this meant I had to find another option for my front panel. Camera installed since my Garmin took the second mount. Needless to say, this isn't a clean install anymore as they just don't give the mount the ability to be these bars. If you're using a cycle computer, camera, and light on a Trek or Specialized bike, purchase another handlebar-mounted light that will retain the camera and computer mounting options. I own many Cygolite products but these two Ranger 1400 will be my last. Tired of not being able to install your lights?
