Review on Scratchsoft by Mario Bullard

Scratchsoft is easy to use and has a number of features that are easy to implement. They also do an excellent job keeping customers updated as to what is new. There is a lot of information about best practices and lessons learned out there. It would be helpful to have an easier way to organize this information and use it as a guide for implementing security. It is a lot of information, but I have found it invaluable in being able to learn from other organizations that have had success. With the right combination of staff and vendors, it is easy to scale and meet the needs of an organization. Our organization has been able to implement and configure Scratchsoft without any problems. We have realized a significant drop in social engineering and phishing attacks. I like how easy it is to use, as well as the ability to customize your own solutions for each client's needs. It also allows me to create custom dashboards that can be shared with my team so they have access to all of our data at once. The only thing I dislike about this software is that you cannot export any reports into other formats (Excel or PDF). We are solving issues related to security compliance by using ScratchSoft.
