Everything was fine, then the buttons started hissing. Either they work or they don't work. it's a disappointing hit and miss. I've tried programming it several times following the instructions on the back of the remote control. The return window was April 5th. I noticed it, but at the time I figured I'd just have to reprogram it. I hope the seller will contact you to help you. The seller honestly got back to me, but I wasn't sure how to proceed, whether to return it or just wait for a replacement, it's been several months.
